By registering you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this auction. A 7 % Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. Full payment will be due Monday evening at 5pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit/debit cards (3%) fee. (Maximum amount for card purchases: $2500.00 ) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed.  Loader service will be available Friday November 7th, Saturday November 8th and Monday November 10th. 8am to 5pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Monday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Center LLC. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding. All information and descriptions are believed to be correct, however, no warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. All property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. This auction is with reserve & the seller reserves the right to bid. TRUCKING: The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. LOADING: Our staff will assist buyers with loading their purchases but will not perform the securing and tie-down of the loads or the items. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently. Loading and unloading of large equipment can be a dangerous process. Though Pennyrile Auction Center LLC will be available to assist with loading/unloading, the buyer understands that using loader service is done at their own risk and agrees to hold harmless both the seller and Pennyrile Auction Center LLC in the event an item is broken or damaged during the load-out process. Buyers may also at their own discretion use equipment and tools that could be harmful to themselves and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions. All items are sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS." The equipment is available for public inspection before the sale, and the provided descriptions are offered as a helpful guide without constituting a warranty or guarantee, whether actual or implied. Close Process: The auction will begin to close at the advertised time. Our auctions have a staggered close which means that each lot is scheduled to close at a slightly different time. Each lot has its close time displayed. We use a soft close. This means that if a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of its close, that lot will have its close time extended back to 2 minutes, this will give other bidders a chance to bid again. When no bids are received for two minutes, that lot will close. By registering you agree to receive marketing communications from Pennyrile Auction Center through various channels, including email, phone calls, text messages, and mail.
